If they are missing a stone, I will say so. I do not clean jewelry, I leave that up to the buyer. Please look in the bags they are packed in if a stone comes loose in shipping. I sell vintage jewelry, it is fragile, and I wrap them well. Sometimes, it can happen. I use USPS shipping boxes only. I charge shipping and handling.
