To use water bottle fill it about 3/4 full of hot water. Gently squeeze excess air out of the bag by resting it on a flat surface while holding the neck up slightly. The water should come to the neck, below the stopper.  Insert the stopper. This prevents expansion and the bottle retains it's shape.  The perfect size rectangle for putting beneath the small of the bath, under the neck, under a shoulder blade, atop the thigh, on the abdomen, over an arm, etc.
Avoid contact with ointments containing oil; wipe to clean or wash with mild soap.
Do not use boiling water or strong chemical solutions.
Do not place the bottle on a hot radiator. Do not put it into contact with a hot surface or hot metal.
Store the bottle in a cabinet; any dark, coolish dry place, when not in use.
